AskUOW is an online knowledge base where you can find answers to commonly asked questions. Search for FAQs on topics like enrolment, course progression, fees, accommodation, support services and more.  You can also use AskUOW to access SOLS, UOWmail, library help and IT support – making it easy for you to access the systems and information you need, when you need it. 

Student Central is your primary administrative and information contact during your studies and can help with a wide range of enquiries.  There are service representatives from Student Service, Accommodation Services, BUPA (overseas health cover), Global Student Mobility (Exchange) and Scholarships and Sponsorships.
