Enrolling in Tutorials

The online tutorial enrolment system operates on a "first-in" basis so it's important to know how to enrol.

SOLS 

Student Online Services (SOLS) is a vital online tool that you will use to self-manage your enrolment. You will use it to change and enrol in subjects, access eLearning (Moodle), check assignment and exam results and pay your fees.

The University will also communicate with you through 'SOLSMail' messages. Watch the video above to find out more.

User Account

Watch the short video above to find out all you need to know about setting up your UOW user account. You will need to have this set up to access UOW services and features including internet and Wi-Fi, printing and copying, computer and SOLS access and many more vital services.

Fees & Scholarships

The Fees and Scholarships team manage your tuition fees and assist with all things scholarship related. Whether you are deferring your fees to a HELP Loan or making upfront payment of your fees each session, it is important to be informed of your options and the Fees and Scholarships Team can provide you with answers to your fee questions. Scholarships are available throughout the year for a range of categories and you are encouraged to apply
