Webinar Instructions (if you are attending virtually)

How to join the live Zoom Webinar
The webinar will be hosted through Zoom. We recommend using a computer or laptop to stream the webinar. If it is your first time using Zoom on your computer, you will need to download a small application file when you join. So please join five (5) minutes beforehand to download the application file.

If you are joining through a mobile device, please install the Zoom Cloud Meetings app before the event.  The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

To access the webinar on your mobile device, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: From the on the day reminder email click the 'Join Webinar' button or you can view this from the home page.

Step 2: You will be directed into a waiting room with a countdown time, when the webinar starts you will automatically be transferred into the zoom webinar.

 

If you are joining from a PC, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: From the on the day reminder email click the 'Join Webinar' button or you can view this from the home page.

Step 2: You will be directed into a waiting room with a countdown time, when the webinar starts you will automatically be transferred into the zoom webinar.

The webinar starts at 4:30 pm (AEDT) on Friday 10 December. Be sure to join at least five minutes before it starts to allow plenty of time to connect.

The ‘Join Webinar’ button can also be found on the Event Homepage.

 

Didn't Register?

If you did not register for this event you will be able to access the webinar here on Friday 10 December.  Please note that you will not receive any further updates or reminder emails prior to the event
